| Gisela Weislehner, the principal, established German Australian Law Solutions to provide international legal services between Germany and Australia. She has extensive professional experience having worked as a practicing lawyer in large and small legal businesses for over thirty years. She built and ran a successful legal practice for ten years in Düsseldorf (the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia) Germany. Gisela migrated to Australia in 2002 and qualified as an Australian solicitor in 2006. She started her own firm in Australia in 2009. German is Gisela’s first language, and she is highly proficient in oral and written English. She has professional expertise in a wide variety of legal work and is and Australian Legal Practitioner and a German "Rechtsanwältin". Gisela was admitted at the Supreme Court of New South Wales and registered at the High Court of Australia in Canberra in 2006 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, City of Sydney Law Society, the “Rechtsanwaltskammer Düsseldorf” and the Family Law Division at the Law Council of Australia. Gisela was appointed Notary Public in in 2011 and offers notarial services in New South Wales.
